How do I know
what size my wrist is?
There are a couple of quick and
easy ways to determine the bracelet length you need:
1) you can literally measure
your wrist with a measuring tape, or
2) you can measure and existing
bracelet or watch.
The standard lengths for adults
are:
Petite 7.0
Small 7.25
Medium 7.5
Large 7.75 to 8.0
X-Large 8.0 to 9.0
These are the default lengths used
for our bracelets. If you need a shorter or longer
length, please notify us by submitting a comment on our
Contact Us
page.
Will the magnets
harm my computer?
No. Though magnetic, neither the
magnetic hematite nor the clasps are strong enough to
damage computers or laptops.
Can I get my
bracelet wet?
Because our bracelets are made
with natural materials they wear well however, like other
jewelry, if the material is porous (i.e., lapis lazuli)
you'll want to take it off before washing your hands.
What happens if
my bracelet breaks?
If your bracelet
breaks due to normal wear and tear please save the
pieces and notify us as
soon as possible by submitting a comment on our
Contact Us page. Make sure
to let us know the best way to contact you and we will
follow-up with instructions.
